Dr. Lori (Loredana Marchica, PhD) is the clinic director of Pathways Psychology and a bilingual licensed clinical psychologist. She has a PhD in School/Applied Child Psychology from McGill University and a Master’s degree in Child Studies from Concordia University. She has extensive clinical experience working with individuals from ages ranging from 8 to 24 years old, as well as working with families. She has training at the Childhood Disorders Hospital in Child Psychiatry at the Jewish General Hospital, The Montreal Children's Hospital, and the Psychoeducational and Counseling Clinic at McGill University.

Dr. Lori currently works at the Montreal Children's Hospital as a Pediatric Psychologist and at McGill University as Assistant Professor (Professional). She has clinical experience with a variety of issues such as anxiety disorders, chronic pain, mood disorders, emotion regulation difficulties, behavioral addictions (video gaming and gambling), neurodevelopmental disorders (specialization in autism spectrum disorders), and social skills training. Dr. Lori works within a trauma-informed care lense and utilizes cognitive-behavioral and acceptance-commitment therapy approaches. She emphasizes the importance of the therapeutic relationship. She is committed to providing an environment of trust and collaboration with her young clients. Dr. Lori has been in private practice part-time since 2020.
